- Developed and supervised a process for developing a company’s policies and procedures for all aspects of the Human Resources that ensured staff input and engagement within the process.
- Experienced in developing accessible Microsoft Office documents and Web pages using Headings, Cascading Style Sheets, and other accessible design best practices.
- Supervised the development of and designed the organization’s Staff Intranet (Taproot) to increase communication and sharing of information among all staff.
